Sonic Butterfly is a two-octave, long-string harp that transforms indoor and outdoor theaters, buildings and natural environments into an immersive musical instrument. Created by acclaimed musician and installation artist, Andrea Brook, the production uses strings that are at least 60-feet long, projection and LED wings to create an event that is visually and sonically stunning.

A dynamically beautiful solo performance that becomes even more spectacular as a duo, trio or quintet, with the addition of an incredible line-up of musicians—Grammy-winner Mikael Jorgensen, pianist/keyboardist from the band Wilco, David Lynch’s vocal muse and Twin Peaks star Chrysta Bell, Carnegie Hall opera singer Rebecca Comerford, and Grammy and Academy Award-winning flute player Steve Gorn.

Sonic Butterfly performs across the globe and has performed in venues ranging from the historic El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles and Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas to the Atlanta Motor Speedway and Richard Branson’s Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands.
