Organizational consulting for non profit arts groups and performance venues. This service is ideal for arts organizations that are in transition and working toward sustainability and solvency. Consulting services include arts programming, educational outreach, marketing, fundraising, strategic planning and board development and are tailored to the needs of your organization. Organizational consulting fees start at $1500 and are based on the scope of the project.

Artists & Managers: Whether you are just beginning a touring career in the performing arts or want to take your management firm to the next level, we have 40 years of experience in all aspects of the business. A consultation may include any/all of the following; a complete review of your current press materials, audio and video critique, web site, writing/editing bios & press releases, successful showcases, convention survival skills, effective residency and community outreach, booking yourself and finding management.
