"Take the California harmonies of The Eagles or CS&N, whirl 'em in a Nashville blender from the Gram Parsons era and you get this country rock trio."
Bill Dean's "Weekly Must List" Gainesville Sun, 4/22/12

Reminiscent of the 1970's West coast country rock scene, BUFFALO ROME brings a vinyl vibe to the digital age. Songwriters Michael Visconti, Kevin Douglas and Mark Schaffel blend acoustic roots with intricate harmonies and expert musicianship to create a heartfelt experience in their live performance. Based in Nashville, the appeal of BUFFALO ROME is broad. From the stage of the Grand Ole Opry to Performing Arts Centers across the U.S., and  have performed with such diverse artists as Montgomery Gentry, Kenny Loggins, Michael Bolton and Elton John.

In 2011, Buffalo Rome toured in China for the first time, performing for 100,000 fans at The Zhangbei Music Festival in Inner Mongolia. In 2012 they returneded to headline again at Zhangbei, as well as at the Great Wall Festival in Beijing and The Tsingdao Music Festival. They also appeared with The Shanghai Symphony, with renowned maestro Long Yu conducting, in Shanghai at the MISA Festival.
